Been meaning to play one of these mods for the longest time. Downloaded, in the bullpen. but which one to play? Both do the same thing and conflict with one another. How to pick? Ah, ask those that have played one or both of these mods. Feedback please on this subject. Thanks!

Must be thread somewhere in the Forums on this very subject. Link to that would be helpful as well.

So many mods, so little time!

I Prefer Nevenas'(sp?) mod, It seems to fit more naturally, to me adds more variety, and gives you stuff to do while making your way around.

from what understand Nevena's has alot more to offer. In Twin lamps & slavehunters you can either free the slaves or become a slavehunter & possess them.

Junipers Mod is a relict of the beginning times of MW-modding.
A time, when Gahns scripting guide was still in developement, advanced scripting due to the lack of the Tribunal extension near imossible and modders were still terrified by dialogue-editing.

Nevenas mod is much younger, much more refined and was developed with the art and feel of a true modding artist.

And it has a lot more of content, too.

While Junipers mod may have a place of honor on many a dedicated players backup-disks, it's Nevenas mod that is actually played.

Not that I disagree with Shadowsong, there are others in this theme:

Twin Lamps Chalice by Marc-Etienne Desjardins

- and, I think, two other older Twin Lamps mods by Champain Lepain, whose site I cannot now open --> http://www.angelfire.com/ny5/lapain

- and also The Twin Lamps by Eric Lemage - "If you think it's time some of the ugly bosses employing slaves have their butts kicked, then this mod is for you. The Twin Lamps now really exist as an active faction and needs bold adventurers to put an end to slavery. You'll be offered new quests in their Guildhall of Twinham village. Join the abolitionists and light the way to freedom right now."
