Intro: What is this list?

This is a list of Morrowind mods that could be of interest to gay, lesbian, bi, and transgendered adventurers and friends. Most obviously, there are links to companion mods that allow same-gender partners. And then there are links to other mods that I think merit inclusion, with a short commentary.

What is this list not?

This list is not exhaustive, definitive, generally representative or error-free. The mods listed may or may not be compatible. If you're new to mods you may want to read Starting Out With Mods.

Companions

Laura Craft Romance and Adventure by Emma
Laura is one of the most complex companions around. Not only will she also pursue a relationship with a female character, but as an additional bonus Laura will acknowledge this in her dialogue.

Agony and Rapture by EvilFluffyBunnies
A gay romance mod that takes the player through ups and downs of falling love and lust. Lovely and, at times, quite racy dialogue.

Blades Quest: Prophecy of the Lost Heir by Emma
A quest mod that includes companions. Janicia Laboremus also responds to advances from a female character.

Boyfriend, Imperial by Emma
Indiana James will also pursue a relationship with a male character. The dialogue is non gender-specific.

Smooth Moves by Curmudgeon
Modifies the original Morrowind Ahnassi Romance, so female characters can also experience this.

NPC Additions

Clubs & Courtiers by Nevena
The mod features 26 new Courtier NPCs. They can be hired to follow and to recite poems, songs, and jests.

Morrowind Comes Alive by Neoptolemus
This mod randomly spawns over a 1000 NPCs all around Morrowind. A second esp adds another 64 unique and recruitable companions. If your disposition is high enough your companion can become your lover, regardless of gender.

Friends and Rivals by Dok Enkephalin
Still a beta version, and only includes friends so far. Same-sex relationships are possible. How an NPC reacts to your advances depends on chance: "The odds are 25% they'll bend your way, 10% they'll be exclusive to their own gender." (Quoted from the ReadMe)

Ex-Slaves & Partners by Nevena
A mod making freed slaves potential companions. There is a 25% chance an NPC will prefer to have a same-gender relationship.

SK Partners Open by Skullhunter
This add-on to CM Partners (*) v2.2 removes the dialogue entries preventing same-sex relationships.

Partners Unsexed by Inkantation
This also removes the dialogue limitations and is a stand-alone modification of CM Partners (*) v2.5.

Partners Unlimited by Gold Dragon
Amends CM Partners (*) v2.8. This is also a stand-alone version.

(*) CM Partners is a companion mod by Cutthroat Mods. Alas, they do not allow for same-sex relationships, hence the above three mods have resulted with CM's permission.

Includes face textures of Salma Hayek (Frida) and Michelle Rodriguez (Girlfight, Blue Crush).

UQForgotten's Face Pack #2 by UQForgotten
Includes face textures of Rebecca Romijn (Femme Fatale, X-Men) and Michelle Yeoh (Crouching Tiger - Hidden Dragon).

UQForgotten's Face Pack #3
Includes face texture of Lucy Lawless (Xena Warrior Princess).

UQForgotten's Face Pack #11
Includes another face texture of Lucy Lawless (Xena Warrior Princess) and one of Pink (singer/musician).

Patrick Steward by Elric
(Star Trek, Jeffrey, X-Men).

S-M Bosmer Beauty by §uper-]V[oose
Adds female Wood Elf faces, including Angelina Jolie and Cameron Diaz (Being John Malkovich).

Snape's Faces - Part I by TheSiriusSnape
A resource for modders. Includes Lucy Liu (Ally McBeal, Chicago), Ian McKellen (Gods and Monsters, Lord of the Rings, X-Men), Johnny Depp (Pirates of the Caribbean), and Orlando Bloom (The Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean). Currently I do not know of a working download link. If you do, please let me know.

Clothes

Metal Queen Boutique by CanadianIce
Clothes and armour for female characters. Included are wigs, evening gowns (e.g. the red Jessica Rabbit dress) and high heels. Several of the designs feel gothic or fetish inspired. Also includes Callisto's armour.

Violet Femme Boutique by Vagabond Angel
VA's "attempt to convert folk to the purple side of life." A whole wardrobe of clothes and armour devoted to a single colour: purple. Two of the armours also have male versions.

Falconer Leather by Korana
Adds tight-fitting leather outfits for male and female characters.

T-Shirts for your adorable misters by Ivy Nero
Adds dozens of different funky and colourful t-shirts and 12 pants for male characters.

Armour

Meteoric Armour by Cethegus
Armour for babes that is both sexy and practical. I came across it, when I was looking for something with proper footwear: low heeled, non-over-knee boots.

Combatrobe by Cethegus
Comes in a long and short skirted version, with sandals or boots for footwear. And includes a utility belt! (For female characters.)

Callisto's Armour by CanadianIce
Another artefact from the Xena universe. This is included in the Metal Queen Boutique.

Xena's Armour by Snapcase
Adds Xena's standard armour.

Knights of Tamriel by Jeremy McGuinn
Very handsome suits of armour. They come in male and female versions.

Sword of Kahless by Katana3DG
A Klingon Bat'leth. By what stretch of the imagination, you might wonder, do I include this? Klingon leads to Star Trek, leads to DS9, leads to a Trill officer who was quite immersed in Klingon culture. Jadzia Dax. Who incidently in the episode "Rejoined" shared a kiss with her former wife ;)

Whip Plus by Dale Stocker
Whether to play or as a weapon. The whips are available in four different colours.

A Morrowind replica of the real thing in Luxembourg. Included here simply because of its fabulousness.

Rainbows by Dale Stocker
A modder's resource. The download includes five different nif files and a texture file.

New Bedrolls by Calislahn
Adds ten gorgeously retextured bedrolls that are also portable. Now you can take your futon with you.

Pretty Kitties by Sabregirl
